Information you submit. The quote form asks for your name, ZIP code, telephone number and the type of coverage you are asking about, and optionally an email address, a short note and a copy of your current declarations page (a PDF, JPG or PNG file). It also records the consent you give, the time of the request and a random request reference.
Referrals. The referral form on the realtors and lenders page asks for the referrer's name, role and phone or email, the buyer's name and phone number, the closing date and the property ZIP code, plus an optional note and document. The buyer did not send that form and has not given consent to automated contact, so the buyer is contacted by a personal phone call only. A referral also records one word saying how the referrer reached the form: the QR code on the printed closing checklist, this site's menu, its footer link, or the page itself. To do that, this site keeps that one word in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
Technical information. Like any website, requests to this site pass through its host, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
