Terms of Use for This Website

The short version

Under these terms, this site is a marketing website and not an insurer. Its pages offer general information only, and it never issues a policy or binds coverage. A quote is an estimate, not an offer to insure. Carrier underwriting applies to every policy, and if this site and your policy disagree, the policy's wording controls.

  • The form asks for contact only; it is not an application
  • Wrong or missing answers can change a rate or affect a claim
  • Florida law applies to these terms

When you use this website, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site.

Who Operates This Site

A licensed Florida insurance agent operates this insurance marketing website, and the agent disclosure identifies who that agent is. The site is not an insurance company, and it neither issues policies nor binds coverage.

General Information Only

Everything on this site is a general description of insurance coverage. None of it advises you about your own situation, and none of it states what a specific policy covers.

The policy decides. When this site and the policy a carrier issues say different things, the wording of the policy governs. Descriptions of coverage, summaries of statutes and examples on these pages are necessarily simplified.

A Quote Is an Estimate, Not an Offer

Any quote is an estimate built on the information supplied, not an offer of insurance. Each policy depends on the carrier's underwriting and approval, and not everyone who applies will qualify. A rate can change after the quote and before the policy is issued. Until a carrier issues a policy and that policy takes effect, you are not covered.

No page of this site promises you a specific rate or a specific outcome.

What Sending the Form Does

When you send the form, you are asking to be contacted. The form is not an application. Sending it does not issue a policy, and it does not confirm coverage. The agent receives your request as an email notification. If sending fails, the site says the request did not go through and asks you to phone (352) 662-9995 instead.

Do not rely on a form acknowledgment as proof that coverage is in force. Work out effective dates, and any replacement of coverage you already hold, directly with the agent.

Getting Your Answers Right

Every quote depends on how accurate your answers are. A wrong or incomplete answer can lead to a different rate or a void quote, and it can affect a later claim. Answer with care, and send nothing you are not entitled to share.

Laws and Figures Cited Here

Some pages cite public statistics, agency requirements or Florida statutes. Each of those references is general, is given for context, and names its source. A law or a figure may have changed since the page was written. None of it should be relied on as legal advice.
